I'm Monica, the founder of The Ritual By Monica. My journey began 14 years ago with a simple fascination with beauty and skin, which evolved into a lifelong calling. After Completing my Diploma Of Beauty Therapy, I began my career, I worked in various roles but a memorable one was under a doctor in Paddington, where I expanded my understanding of Dermal Therapies learning how advanced treatments could transform the skin through science and precision.
Over the years, I continued refining my craft, moving into a high-end medispa where I began combining results driven modalities with the nurturing art of touch. It was also at this time I began to deepen my love for healing practices and meditation, realising that true beauty radiates when the body, mind and energy are in harmony.
In the back of my mind, I always carried the vision of creating something of my own, a space that blends the science of skincare with the frequency of healing.
That vision eventually became The Ritual By Monica, a sanctuary where modern skin science meets soul work. After working with some of Sydney's highly respected and prestigious therapist, I felt it was finally time to bring my dream to life and open my own treatment room.
Every facial at The Ritual is more than a treatment, it's a ritual of renewal, connection and energetic alignment. My approach is guided by intuition, grounded in results and designed to help each client return to their natural state of radiance, inside and out.
